Al-Arabiya reported, citing informed sources, that a draft of an initial and final memorandum of understanding between the United States and the Islamic Republic is under review; an agreement that includes the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, an extension of the ceasefire, and the reduction of certain restrictions against Iran.
According to the Al-Arabiya report, the draft of this memorandum states that the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened without charging ships, and mine-clearing operations will also be conducted.
The report also mentions that under this agreement, the Islamic Republic will be allowed to sell and export oil.
Al-Arabiya added that the draft agreement includes a 60-day extension of the ceasefire, with the possibility of further extension.
According to this report, the United States has also committed to reducing restrictions against the ports in southern Iran.
Al-Arabiya sources have stated that part of Iran's frozen assets will also be released based on a specific mechanism.

العربیه به نقل از منابع آگاه گزارش داد پیشنویس یک یادداشت تفاهم اولیه و نهایی میان آمریکا و جمهوری اسلامی در حال بررسی است؛ تفاهمی که شامل بازگشایی تنگه هرمز، تمدید آتشبس و کاهش برخی محدودیتها علیه ایران میشود.
بر اساس گزارش العربیه، در پیشنویس این تفاهمنامه آمده است تنگه هرمز بدون دریافت هزینه از کشتیها بازگشایی خواهد شد و عملیات پاکسازی مینها نیز انجام میشود.
این گزارش همچنین میگوید در چارچوب این تفاهم، به جمهوری اسلامی اجازه فروش و صادرات نفت داده خواهد شد.
العربیه افزود پیشنویس توافق شامل تمدید ۶۰ روزه آتشبس است و امکان تمدید دوباره آن نیز وجود دارد.
بر اساس این گزارش، آمریکا همچنین متعهد شده محدودیتها علیه بنادر جنوب ایران را کاهش دهد.
منابع العربیه گفتهاند بخشی از داراییهای مسدودشده ایران نیز بر اساس سازوکاری مشخص آزاد خواهد شد.
