🔴 The Abdolrahman Boroumand Foundation has documented 660 executions carried out by the Islamic Republic since the beginning of this year. However, due to the secretive and opaque nature of Iran's judicial system, the actual figures are likely much higher than this number.

🔸 Since the onset of the war, the number of executions of protesters and individuals accused of espionage and similar charges against national security has increased at an alarming rate. "Forced confessions" of victims have been the primary "evidence" used in these deadly sentences.

🔸 These confessions are obtained under completely ambiguous conditions and severe physical and psychological pressures. The Islamic Republic continuously broadcasts these forced confessions on state media to use them as a tool to justify executions and suppress public dissent.

‏🔴بنیاد عبدالرحمن برومند از ابتدای سال جاری تاکنون، اجرای ۶۶۰ مورد اعدام توسط جمهوری اسلامی را مستند کرده است. با این حال، به دلیل ماهیت پنهان‌کاری و غیرشفاف بودن سیستم قضایی ایران، آمار واقعی به احتمال زیاد بسیار بیشتر از این رقم است.

‏🔸از زمان آغاز جنگ، آمار اعدام معترضان و افرادی که به جاسوسی و اتهامات مشابه علیه امنیت ملی متهم شده‌اند، با سرعتی نگران‌کننده افزایش یافته است. «اعترافات اجباری» قربانیان، اصلی‌ترین «مدرک» مورد استفاده در این احکام مرگبار بوده است.

‏🔸این اعترافات در شرایطی کاملا مبهم و تحت فشارهای شدید جسمی و روحی اخذ می‌شوند. جمهوری اسلامی به طور مستمر این اعترافات اجباری را در رسانه‌های دولتی پخش می‌کند تا از آن به عنوان ابزاری برای توجیه اعدام‌ها و سرکوب مخالفت‌های عمومی استفاده کند.
