Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the senior negotiator of the Islamic Republic with the United States, threatened on Friday that Tehran would take the concessions it desires in the agreement to end the war with "missiles" and would not take any action before Washington acts on this agreement.

He also wrote on X: "We have no trust in guarantees and words; only behaviors are the criterion."

This stance came a day after several Western media reported that the U.S. and Iran had reached an understanding to extend the ceasefire and lift restrictions on the passage of ships in the Strait of Hormuz, but this agreement is awaiting the final decision and signature of Donald Trump, the President of the United States.

In his message, Qalibaf stated that "no action will be taken before the other side acts."

On the other hand, media close to the Revolutionary Guards say that reports about an agreement between Tehran and Washington are not accurate. The Tasnim news agency quoted an "informed source" stating: "The text of the agreement has not yet been finalized."

محمدباقر قالیباف، مذاکره‌کننده ارشد جمهوری اسلامی با آمریکا، روز جمعه تهدید کرد که تهران امتیازات مورد نظر خود در توافق پایان دادن به جنگ را با «موشک» می‌گیرد و پیش از اقدام واشینگتن درباره این توافق اقدامی نخواهد کرد.

او در شبکه ایکس همچنین نوشت: «هیچ اعتمادی به تضمین‌ها و حرف‌ها نداریم، فقط رفتارها معیار است.»

این موضع‌گیری یک روز پس از آن انجام شد که چند رسانه غربی خبر دادند آمریکا و ایران به تفاهمی برای تمدید آتش‌بس و رفع محدودیت عبور و مرور کشتی‌ها در تنگه هرمز رسیده‌اند، اما این توافق منتظر تصمیم و امضای نهایی دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهور ایالات متحده است.

قالیباف در پیام خود اعلام کرده که «اقدامی پیش از اقدام طرف مقابل انجام نخواهد شد».

از سوی دیگر، رسانه‌های نزدیک به سپاه پاسداران می‌گویند گزارش‌ها درباره توافق تهران و واشنگتن صحیح نیست. خبرگزاری تسنیم در این مورد به نقل از یک «منبع مطلع» نوشت: «متن توافق تا این لحظه جمع‌بندی نهایی نشده است.»
