Mahdi Khanali Zadeh, a member of the media team of the Islamic Republic's negotiating delegation, wrote that in the text of the potential agreement, eight out of ten points of the Supreme National Security Council's statement, which has been approved by Mojtaba Khamenei, have not been observed and have been disregarded.

He added that the current memorandum contradicts the ceasefire statement of the Supreme National Security Council and it has become clear that the post-Islamabad negotiations were not conducted based on the leadership's conditions.

مهدی خانعلی‌زاده، عضو تیم رسانه‌ای هیات مذاکره‌کننده جمهوری اسلامی، نوشت که در متن تفاهم احتمالی هشت بند از ۱۰ بند بیانیه شورای عالی امنیت ملی که به تایید مجتبی خامنه‌ای رسیده، رعایت نشده و زیر پا گذاشته شده است.

او افزود که تفاهم‌نامه کنونی برخلاف بیانیه آتش‌بس شورای عالی امنیت ملی است و مشخص شده که اساسا مذاکرات پسااسلام‌آباد، بر مبنای شروط رهبری انجام نشده است.
