The Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya announced in a statement that any actions by military vessels to interfere with the management of the Strait of Hormuz or disrupt traffic will be targeted by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic. The statement reads: "Any violation of these regulations will seriously jeopardize their traffic security."
The Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya stated that all ships, commercial vessels, and oil tankers are required to only navigate through designated routes and obtain permission from the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

قرارگاه مرکزی خاتمالانبیا در بیانیهای اعلام کرد که هرگونه اقدام شناورهای نظامی جهت مداخله در مدیریت تنگه هرمز یا ایجاد اختلال در تردد، مورد هدف نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی قرار خواهد گرفت.
در این بیانیه آمده: «هرگونه تخلف از این ضوابط، امنیت تردد آنها را با مخاطره جدی مواجه خواهد کرد.»
قرارگاه مرکزی خاتمالانبیا اعلام کرد کلیه کشتیها، شناورهای تجاری و نفتکشها صرفا ملزم به تردد از مسیرهای تعیینشده و اخذ مجوز از نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران هستند.
