The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting reported on a potential agreement between Tehran and Washington titled "Unofficial Details," stating that the U.S. has committed to facilitating access for the Islamic Republic to $12 billion of its assets within 60 days, allowing these resources to be transferred and spent in destination banks without restrictions.

The report added that under this agreement, the Islamic Republic has the exclusive authority to determine the nature of passing vessels, and any vessel whose cargo is deemed threatening or whose end user is in "hostility" with the Islamic Republic will not be recognized as a commercial ship and will not be allowed to pass through defined routes.

IRIB emphasized that this draft is still considered an unofficial agreement as it remains in the cycle of review, negotiation, and revision.

صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی در گزارشی درباره تفاهم احتمالی بین تهران و واشینگتن با عنوان «جزئیات غیررسمی»، اعلام کرد آمریکا متعهد شده در طول ۶۰ روز امکان دسترسی جمهوری اسلامی به ۱۲ میلیارد دلار از دارایی‌ها را به‌گونه‌ای فراهم کند که این منابع قابلیت انتقال و هزینه‌کرد در بانک‌های مقصد را بدون محدودیت داشته باشد.

این گزارش افزود که بر اساس این تفاهم، جمهوری اسلامی مرجع انحصاری تشخیص ماهیت شناورهای عبوری است و هر شناوری که محموله آن تهدیدآمیز شناخته شود یا بهره‌بردار نهایی آن در «خصومت» با جمهوری اسلامی باشد، به عنوان کشتی تجاری شناخته نشده و اجازه عبور از مسیرهای تعریف‌شده را ندارد.

صدا و سیما تاکید کرد که این رونوشت هنوز در حکم یک تفاهم غیررسمی است چون مسیر آن همچنان در چرخه بررسی، مذاکره و بازبینی قرار دارد.
