The Harana website reported that Zahra Shahbaz Tabari, a political prisoner held in Lakan Prison in Rasht, has been sentenced to death again by the Second Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Rasht, presided over by Mohammad Ali Darvishgohar, on charges of "rebellion through membership and activity in the Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization," following the violation of a previous ruling by the Supreme Court. This 68-year-old political prisoner was arrested in April 2025 at her home in Rasht.

سایت هرانا گزارش داد زهرا شهباز طبری، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان لاکان رشت، پس از نقض حکم پیشین در دیوان عالی کشور، بار دیگر از سوی شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب رشت به ریاست محمدعلی درویشگفتار، به اتهام «بغی از طریق عضویت و فعالیت در سازمان مجاهدین خلق» به اعدام محکوم شد.
این زندانی سیاسی ۶۸ ساله، در فروردین ۱۴۰۴ در منزل شخصی خود در رشت بازداشت شده بود.
