Hasan and Hossein Amiri, two 20-year-old twin brothers imprisoned in Qazalhasar Prison in Karaj, have been sentenced to death by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari.

According to information received by HRANA, the basis for this ruling is the accusation of "spying for Israel."

A knowledgeable source told HRANA that in the indictment issued against Hasan and Hossein Amiri, images of damaged buildings were cited as evidence for the charge of "spying in favor of Israel."

This source also stated: "Hasan and Hossein Amiri are being held separately in Qazalhasar Prison at the order of the case investigator and are deprived of the right to meet each other. The two prisoners are currently held in Suite 35 of this prison."

According to this report, the two brothers were previously arrested at a checkpoint after their mobile phones were examined. After their arrest, they were held in a state of uncertainty in Qazalhasar Prison for two months.

👈 Hasan and Hossein Amiri have been raised in welfare centers since the age of two and do not have a family to follow up on their legal and judicial status. According to acquaintances of these two young men, the lack of family support has increased concerns about the handling of their case.
