Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, said on Wednesday that the fate of Iran's 60% uranium reserves is at the center of negotiations with Washington, and Tehran has not yet agreed to a peace deal.
Rubio stated during a session of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, "I think this issue has been clearly addressed in some of the documents exchanged between the two parties, but as of this morning, we have not yet received final confirmation from their decision-making system."

Rubio reiterated his previous statements regarding the end of the war with Iran, saying, "We are no longer conducting continuous attacks inside Iran to weaken its military capabilities, as Operation 'Epic Fury' has concluded."

Emphasizing that the U.S. has achieved its objectives, he added, "We define victory this way: the destruction of Iran's defense industry infrastructure, a significant reduction in the number of missile launchers they possess, and a substantial decrease in their drone reserves."
He continued, "We have achieved all these goals. In addition, we destroyed what remained of the Iranian Air Force and eliminated its entire conventional navy."

However, Democratic lawmakers challenged Mr. Rubio's stance on America's victory during this meeting.
On the other hand, Iran targeted Kuwait with drone and missile attacks early Wednesday, which, according to Kuwaiti officials, resulted in one death and at least 63 injuries.

مارکو روبیو، وزیر امور خارجه آمریکا، روز چهارشنبه گفت که سرنوشت ذخایر اورانیوم ۶۰ درصدی ایران در مرکز مذاکرات با واشینگتن قرار دارد و تهران هنوز با یک توافق صلح موافقت نکرده است.
روبیو در جلسه کمیته روابط خارجی مجلس نمایندگان آمریکا گفت: «فکر می‌کنم اکنون در برخی از اسنادی که میان دو طرف رد و بدل شده، این موضوع به‌طور واضح مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، اما تا صبح امروز هنوز تأیید نهایی از سوی نظام تصمیم‌گیری آن‌ها را دریافت نکرده‌ایم.»

روبیو در مجلس نمایندگان آمریکا بار دیگر بر اظهارات پیشین خود مبنی بر پایان جنگ با ایران تأکید کرد و گفت: «ما دیگر حملات مستمر در داخل ایران برای تضعیف توان نظامی آن کشور انجام نمی‌دهیم، زیرا عملیات "خشم حماسی" به پایان رسیده است.»

روبیو با تأکید بر اینکه آمریکا به اهداف خود دست یافته، افزود: «ما پیروزی را این‌گونه تعریف می‌کنیم: نابودی زیرساخت‌های صنایع دفاعی ایران، کاهش قابل توجه تعداد پرتابگرهای موشکی که در اختیار دارند و کاهش چشمگیر ذخایر پهپادی آن‌ها.»
او ادامه داد: «ما به همه این اهداف دست یافتیم. علاوه بر آن، آنچه از نیروی هوایی ایران باقی مانده بود را نابود کردیم و کل نیروی دریایی متعارف آن را از بین بردیم.»

با این حال قانونگذاران حزب دموکرات در این نشست موضع آقای روبیو درباره پیروزی آمریکا را به چالش کشیدند.
از سوی دیگر ایران بامداد چهارشنبه کویت را هدف حملات پهپادی و موشکی قرار داد که به گفته مقام‌های کویتی باعث کشته شدن یک نفر و زخمی شدن دست‌کم ۶۳ تن دیگر شد.
