Mohammad Reza Aref, the first deputy of Masoud Pezeshkian, said during a visit to the University of Science and Technology: "In recent wars, we have witnessed a reverse migration of elites and people back to the country. We must utilize the capacity of Iranians who are eager to serve the country and create suitable incentives to facilitate the return of elites and professors." He added: "We should not focus on why professors have emigrated, but rather think about bringing them back."

محمدرضا عارف، معاون اول مسعود پزشکیان، در بازدید از دانشگاه علم و صنعت گفت: در جنگ‌های اخیر شاهد مهاجرت معکوس نخبگان و مردم به کشور بودیم. باید از ظرفیت ایرانیان علاقه‌مند به خدمت به کشور استفاده کنیم و با طراحی مشوق‌های مناسب، زمینه بازگشت نخبگان و استادانان را فراهم سازیم.
او افزود: نباید دنبال این باشیم چرا استادان مهاجرت کرده‌اند، بلکه باید به بازگرداندن آنان بیندیشیم.

در روزهای اخیر، بینش بلور، معروف به قصیر، خواننده لس‌آنجلسی، با حضور در تهران در تجمع حامیان حکومت در میدان انقلاب ترانه اجرا کرد.
همچنین صدف طاهریان، بلاگر ساکن ترکیه، تمام پستهای صفحه اینستاگرام خود را حذف کرده و با انتشار استوری‌هایی، از حضور خود در ایران خبر داده است.
