Israel has issued an urgent evacuation warning for areas of Lebanon.

The Israeli army has called on residents of southern Lebanon, especially in the "Zuqaq al-Mafdi" area, to leave their homes and move north.

Avichay Adraee, the Arabic-speaking spokesperson for the Israeli army, wrote on the social media platform X: "Following the violation of the ceasefire agreement by the terrorist group Hezbollah, the Israeli army is compelled to act with force. The Israeli army does not intend to harm you."

He also warned: "Anyone who is near Hezbollah forces, its facilities, or the combat equipment of this group is putting their life at risk."

This comes as Iran stated today that it has halted military operations against Israel but warned that if attacks on Lebanon continue, it will respond with greater intensity than before.

اسرائیل هشدار تخلیه فوری برای مناطقی از لبنان صادر کرده.

ارتش اسرائیل با صدور یک «هشدار فوری» از ساکنان جنوب لبنان، به‌ویژه در منطقه «زقوق المفدی» خواست خانه‌های خود را ترک کرده و به سمت شمال حرکت کنند.

آویخای ادرعی، سخنگوی عرب‌زبان ارتش اسرائیل، در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نوشت: «در پی نقض توافق آتش‌بس از سوی گروه تروریستی حزب‌الله، ارتش اسرائیل ناگزیر است با قدرت اقدام کند. ارتش اسرائیل قصد آسیب رساندن به شما را ندارد.»

او همچنین هشدار داد: «هر فردی که در نزدیکی نیروهای حزب‌الله، تأسیسات آن یا تجهیزات و امکانات رزمی این گروه حضور داشته باشد، جان خود را به خطر می‌اندازد.»

این در حالیست که ایران امروز گفت عملیات جنگی علیه اسرائیل را متوقف کرده است اما هشدار داد اگر حمله به لبنان ادامه پیدا کند با شدتی بیشتر از قبل پاسخ خواهد داد.
