Donald Trump, the President of the United States, emphasized Washington's tough stance on Tehran's nuclear programs on Monday, praising the support of Lindsey Graham, a prominent American senator, by saying:
"Lindsey has fought alongside me every step of the way, and we have been a very tough team. I think we are winning this battle, but in the next two weeks, with a complete victory announcement, we will be the real winners. This will be a complete victory that will happen very soon."

The U.S. President further referred to the extensive destruction of Iran's military infrastructure, considering this situation as an example of achieving "peace through strength," and noted:
"We are currently negotiating, and they are very eager to make a very good deal. They are now willing to give us everything and agree that Iran will have no nuclear weapons."

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهوری ایالات متحده، روز دوشنبه با تاکید بر موضع سرسختانه واشنگتن در قبال برنامه‌های هسته‌ای تهران، با تقدیر از همراهی لیندزی گراهام، سناتور برجسته آمریکایی گفت:
«لیندزی در تمام این مسیر پابه‌پای من جنگیده و ما تیم بسیار سرسختی بوده‌ایم. من فکر می‌کنم در حال پیروز شدن در این نبرد هستیم، اما طی دو هفته آینده با اعلام پیروزی کامل، برنده واقعی آن خواهیم شد. این یک پیروزی کامل خواهد بود که بسیار زود رخ خواهد داد.»

رئیس‌جمهوری آمریکا در ادامه با اشاره به نابودی گسترده زیرساخت‌های نظامی ایران، این وضعیت را مصداق تحقق «صلح از طریق اقتدار» دانست و خاطرنشان کرد:
«ما در حال حاضر مشغول مذاکره هستیم و آن‌ها به شدت می‌خواهند یک توافق بسیار خوب انجام دهند. آن‌ها اکنون حاضرند همه‌چیز را به ما واگذار کنند و توافق کنند که ایران هیچ سلاح هسته‌ای نداشته باشد.»
