Ibrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the National Security Commission of the Parliament, wrote on X: "In the 40-day war, the extent of Iran's territorial waters increased; in the next war, perhaps the extent of Iran's land will increase."
In another post, he emphasized that the Islamic Republic is more prepared than before.
He also stated in a television program: "We will not withdraw from Lebanon, and the enemy must either concede to our demands at the negotiating table or on the battlefield."

ابراهیم رضایی، سخنگوی کمیسیون امنیت ملی مجلس، در شبکه ایکس نوشت: «در جنگ ۴۰ روزه وسعت آبهای سرزمینی ایران افزایش یافت، در جنگ بعدی شاید وسعت خاک ایران افزایش یابد.»
او در مطلبی دیگر تاکید کرد جمهوری اسلامی آمادهتر از قبل است.
او همچنین در یک برنامه تلویزیونی گفت: «دست از لبنان برنمیداریم و دشمن یا باید به خواستههای ما در میز مذاکره تن بدهد یا در میدان نبرد.»
