The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic stated in a phone interview that despite the efforts of Qatar and Pakistan as mediators, the diplomatic process of negotiations has been affected by the actions of the United States.
Ismail Baqaei emphasized that a significant portion of the text of the final agreement has been completed, but due to the contradictory positions of the U.S., there has been turbulence and disruption in reaching an agreement.
In this interview, the spokesperson said: "Claims about the time and place of the agreement are merely media speculation, and until the relevant authorities of the system reach a final conclusion on each component of the text of the agreement, discussing the form of signing and its location is pointless."
Mr. Baqaei pointed out that the text of the agreement was already clear to us, but the American side kept raising unreasonable demands, reiterating that Iran will not back down from its principled positions and red lines under pressure and threat.

سخنگوی وزارت خارجه جمهوری اسلامی در یک مصاحبه تلفنی گفت علیرغم فعالیت قطر و پاکستان به عنوان میانجی، روند دیپلماتیک مذاکرات به دلیل اقدامات آمریکا تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته است.
اسماعیل بقایی تاکید کرد که بخش عمده متن توافق نهایی شده اما به خاطر مواضع ضدونقیض آمریکا باعث تلاطم و اخلال در دست یافتن به توافق شده است.
سخنگوی وزارت خارجه در این مصاحبه گفت: «ادعاها درباره زمان و مکان توافق صرفا گمانهزنی رسانهای است و تا مراجع ذیربط نظام درباره تکتک اجزای متن توافق به جمعبندی نهایی نرسند صحبت درباره شکل امضا و مکان آن فایده ندارد.»
آقای بقایی اشاره کرد که متن توافق از پیش برای ما روشن بود اما طرف آمریکایی هربار مطالبه غیرمعقولی مطرح میکرد و بار دیگر تاکید کرده که ایران تحت فشار و تهدید از مواضع اصولی و خطوط قرمز خود کوتاه نخواهد آمد.
