Mahr News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Propagation Organization, reported on Friday, June 22, citing a "source close to the Iranian negotiating team," new details about the 14-article draft agreement between Iran and the United States.

According to this report, Tehran commits to not pursuing the construction of nuclear weapons and, in return, gains certain economic concessions, including the facilitation of oil exports and the consideration of the release of some frozen assets.

Mahr reported from this official that after the potential signing of this agreement, more comprehensive negotiations will begin for a duration of 60 days, addressing more complex issues such as the level of uranium enrichment, enriched uranium reserves, and the details of lifting sanctions.

According to this report, the 14 points of the potential agreement between Tehran and Washington include the following:

1. Immediate and permanent cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
2. The U.S. commitment to not interfere in Iran's internal affairs.
3. Complete lifting of the maritime blockade within 30 days.
4. The U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from around Iran.
5. The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran within 30 days.
6. Suspension of sanctions on oil sales, petrochemical products, and derivatives, and full access for Iran to its financial resources.
7. The necessity for the U.S. and its allies to present reconstruction plans for Iran amounting to at least $300 billion.
8. 60 days of negotiations to reach a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary and secondary sanctions, U.S. sanctions, and UN Security Council resolutions and International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors resolutions.
9. Iran's commitment to continue its membership in the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) regarding the non-production of nuclear weapons.
10. During the negotiations, the U.S. commits not to add to its forces in the region and not to impose new sanctions.
11. The release of $24 billion of Iran's frozen assets during the 60-day final negotiations, with half of this amount to be made available to Iran before the negotiations begin.
12. Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to implement the potential agreement.
13. Approval of the final agreement by a UN Security Council resolution.

Mahr reported from this "informed source" that in the last clause of the potential agreement, both sides agree that the final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran's frozen assets, the suspension of oil sanctions, and the lifting of the maritime blockade.

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, stated on Thursday evening that as soon as the agreement is signed, the maritime blockade will end, and the Strait of Hormuz will reopen.

According to Mahr, the final agreement will only address the fate of enriched uranium and enrichment, the lifting of sanctions, and the "reconstruction of Iran's economy," while discussions about the missile program and support for proxy groups "have definitively been removed from the agenda."

خبرگزاری مهر، وابسته به سازمان تبلیغات اسلامی، جمعه ۲۲ خرداد به نقل از «منبع نزدیک به تیم مذاکره کننده ایرانی» جزئیات جدیدی از پیش‌نویس تفاهمنامه ۱۴ ماده‌ای ایران و آمریکا را منتشر کرد.

بر اساس این گزارش تهران متعهد می‌شود به دنبال ساخت سلاح هسته‌ای نرود و در مقابل، برخی امتیازهای اقتصادی از جمله تسهیل صادرات نفت و بررسی آزادسازی بخشی از دارایی‌های مسدودشده را به دست می‌آورد.

مهر به نقل از این مقام گزارش داد که پس از امضای احتمالی این تفاهم‌نامه، مذاکرات جامع‌تری به‌مدت ۶۰ روز آغاز خواهد شد و موضوعات پیچیده‌تر از جمله سطح غنی‌سازی اورانیوم، ذخایر اورانیوم غنی‌شده و جزئیات رفع تحریم‌ها مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.

براساس این گزارش ۱۴ محور تفاهمنامه احتمالی تهران و واشنگتن شامل موارد زیر است:
۱- توقف دائمی و فوری جنگ در همه جبهه ها از جمله لبنان
۲- تعهد آمریکا به مداخله نکردن در امور داخلی ایران
۳- رفع کامل محاصره دریایی ظرف ۳۰ روز
۴- تعهد آمریکا به خروج نیروهایش از پیرامون ایران
۵- بازگشایی تنگه هرمز ظرف ۳۰ روز به وسیله ایران
۶- تعلیق تحریم های فروش نفت، محصولات پتروشیمی و مشتقات و دسترسی کامل ایران به منابع مالی آن.
۷- لزوم ارائه طرح های بازسازی ایران حداقل به مبلغ ۳۰۰ میلیارد دلار توسط آمریکا و متحدانش
۸- ۶۰ روز مذاکره برای رسیدن به توافق نهایی مبتنی بر موضوعات هسته‌ای و لغو کامل تحریم‌های اولیه، ثانویه، آمریکا و قطعنامه‌های شورای امنیت سازمان ملل و شورای حکام آژانس بین المللی انرژی اتمی
۹- تعهد ایران برای تداوم عضویت در پیمان «ان پی تی» مبنی بر عدم تولید سلاح هسته ای
۱۰- در دوره مذاکرات آمریکا متعهد شده به نیروهای خود در منطقه اضافه نمی کند و تحریم جدیدی هم وضع نخواهد کرد.
۱۱- آزادسازی ۲۴ میلیارد دلار اموال مسدود شده ایران در دوره ۶۰ روزه مذاکرات نهایی. نیمی از این مبلغ قبل از شروع مذاکرات باید در دسترس ایران قرار گیرد.
۱۲- تشکیل سازوکار نظارتی برای اجرایی کردن توافق احتمالی
۱۳- تایید توافق نامه نهایی توسط قطعنامه شورای امنیت سازمان ملل

مهر به نقل از این «مقام آگاه» گزارش کرد که در بند آخر توافقنامه احتمالی، دوطرف تفاهم می‌کنند، مذاکره نهایی قبل از آزادسازی نیمی از اموال مسدود شده ایران، تعلیق تحریم‌های نفتی و رفع محاصره دریایی آغاز نشود.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهوری آمریکا شامگاه پنجشنبه گفته بود که به محض امضای توافق، محاصره دریایی پایان می‌یابد و تنگه هرمز باز می‌شود.

به گزارش مهر، توافق نهایی صرفا در موضوع سرنوشت اورانیوم‌های غنی شده و غنی سازی، رفع تحریم‌ها و «برنامه بازسازی اقتصاد ایران انجام می‌شود» و بحث درباره برنامه موشکی و حمایت از گروه‌های نیابتی «به صورت قطعی از دستور کار خارج شده است».
