Mahmoud Nabavian, a representative of the Islamic Republic's parliament, criticized the draft of a potential agreement between the United States and the Islamic Republic, describing it as similar to the JCPOA and "pure loss." He stated, "Talking about victory with this vague and damaging text is completely wrong."
Nabavian criticized the provisions mentioned in the draft agreement, saying that under this agreement, the Islamic Republic would not have the right to produce nuclear weapons. He also added that the fate of enriched materials is dependent on the satisfaction of the United States, and all issues related to the nuclear program must be negotiated.
This parliament representative emphasized: "This agreement is a pure loss like the JCPOA and is due to the changed calculations of the officials."

محمود نبویان، نماینده مجلس جمهوری اسلامی، با انتقاد از پیشنویس توافق احتمالی میان آمریکا و جمهوری اسلامی، آن را مشابه برجام و «خسارت محض» توصیف کرد. او گفت: «حرف از پیروزی با این متن مبهم و خسارتبار کاملا غلط است.»
نبویان با انتقاد از مفاد مطرحشده در پیشنویس توافق، گفت در این توافق جمهوری اسلامی حق تولید سلاح هستهای را نخواهد داشت. او همچنین افزود سرنوشت مواد غنیشده به رضایت آمریکا وابسته شده و همه موضوعات مرتبط با برنامه هستهای باید مورد مذاکره قرار گیرد.
این نماینده مجلس تاکید کرد: «این توافق مانند برجام خسارت محض است و بخاطر تغییر محاسبات مسئولان است.»
