J.D. Vance, Vice President of the United States: The agreement with Iran is "performance-based."
"We must remember that their economy has essentially been destroyed. Their nuclear program has essentially been destroyed. If they do not take the right actions [within the framework of this agreement], they will never have the money to rebuild their nuclear program from the very beginning."
