Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, announced that Israeli forces will remain in what he referred to as "security areas" in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria for as long as necessary to ensure Israel's security.

On Monday, Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized in a press conference that despite the signing of an agreement between Iran and the United States, Israel's challenges are not over, and "we must remain vigilant and defend ourselves when necessary."

According to the U.S. government, the Islamic Republic has committed in the agreement signed on Sunday never to pursue nuclear weapons. The Israeli Prime Minister further stressed that "with or without an agreement, Iran will never obtain nuclear weapons."

In his press conference, Netanyahu also stated that joint attacks alongside the U.S. have inflicted heavy damage on Iran, and according to him, "some believe that the economic damage to Iran has been one trillion dollars." He continued, "We promised the people of Iran that we would create conditions for the overthrow of the Ayatollah regime; I don't know when this will happen, but it will happen."

بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست‌وزیر اسرائیل، اعلام کرد نیروهای اسرائیلی در آنچه «مناطق امنیتی» در غزه، لبنان و سوریه خواند، تا زمانی که برای تأمین امنیت اسرائیل ضروری باشد، باقی خواهند ماند.

بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست وزیر اسرائیل، روز دوشنبه در یک کنفرانس خبری تأکید کرد که به‌رغم امضای تفاهم‌نامه میان ایران و آمریکا، چالش کشور اسرائیل به پایان نرسیده و «ما باید گوش به‌زنگ بمانیم و در مواقع لزوم از خود دفاع کنیم».

به گفته دولت آمریکا، جمهوری اسلامی در قالب تفاهم‌نامه‌ای که روز یک‌شنبه امضا شد تعهد داده است که هرگز به دنبال سلاح هسته‌ای نرود.
نخست وزیر اسرائیل در ادامه سخنان خود تأکید کرد که «با یا بدون توافق، ایران هرگز به سلاح هسته‌ای دست نخواهد یافت».

نتانیاهو در نشست خبری خود همچنین گفت که حملات مشترک در کنار آمریکا به ایران خساراتی سنگین وارد کرده و به گفته او «بعضی معتقدند که خسارت اقتصادی به ایران یک تریلیون دلار بوده است».
او در ادامه گفت:
ما به مردم ایران قول دادیم که شرایطی را فراهم آوریم که رژیم آیت‌الله سرنگون شود، نمی‌دانم چه زمانی این اتفاق خواهد افتاد، ولی خواهد افتاد.
