JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States, stated in an interview with CBS that Iran may gain access to a fund for reconstruction, financed by Gulf countries, if it adheres to its commitments.

Vance pointed out the potential benefits of the agreement for Tehran, saying Iran "could" receive about $300 billion in financial resources for reconstruction from Gulf countries, but he conditioned this on the full implementation of the Islamic Republic's commitments.

He added that the U.S. supports Gulf countries' investment in Iran's reconstruction, but this will only happen if Iran ends its nuclear program, halts activities related to enriched materials, and agrees to a comprehensive inspection and monitoring regime.

The U.S. Vice President also emphasized that media close to the Iranian government will focus on the benefits of the agreement, but will say less about the concessions Tehran must make in return.

جی‌دی ونس، معاون رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا، در گفتگو با شبکه سی‌بی‌اس اعلام کرد ایران در صورت پایبندی به تعهدات خود ممکن است به صندوقی برای بازسازی دسترسی پیدا کند که از سوی کشورهای حاشیه خلیج فارس تأمین مالی خواهد شد.

ونس با اشاره به مزایای احتمالی توافق برای تهران گفت ایران «ممکن است» حدود ۳۰۰ میلیارد دلار منابع مالی برای بازسازی از کشورهای خلیج فارس دریافت کند، اما تحقق این امر را منوط به اجرای کامل تعهدات جمهوری اسلامی دانست.

او افزود آمریکا با سرمایه‌گذاری کشورهای حاشیه خلیج فارس برای بازسازی ایران موافق است، اما این اتفاق تنها زمانی رخ خواهد داد که ایران به برنامه هسته‌ای خود پایان دهد، فعالیت‌های مربوط به مواد غنی‌شده را متوقف کند و با یک نظام بازرسی و نظارت گسترده موافقت کند.

معاون رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا همچنین تاکید کرد رسانه‌های نزدیک به حکومت ایران بر مزایای توافق تمرکز خواهند کرد، اما از امتیازاتی که تهران باید در مقابل واگذار کند کمتر سخن خواهند گفت.
