Tayebeh Nazari Makki Abadi, the mother of the activist Maryam Arvin and one of the detainees from the seventh memorial of Khosrow Alikordi in Mashhad, has been sentenced to five years in prison by the Revolutionary Court of this city.

According to a ruling issued on June 13 by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Mashhad, presided over by Judge Gholamreza Akbari Moghadam, she has been sentenced to four years in prison for the charge of "conspiracy and collusion against national security" and to one year in prison for the charge of "propaganda against the regime."

Tayebeh Nazari is the mother of the young lawyer Maryam Arvin, who was arrested during the "Women, Life, Freedom" protests in 2022 in Sirjan for providing legal defense for detainees and suspiciously passed away shortly after her temporary release.

طیبه نظری مکی آبادی، مادر دادخواه مریم آروین و از بازداشت‌شدگان مراسم هفتم خسرو علیکردی در مشهد، از سوی دادگاه انقلاب این شهر به پنج سال زندان محکوم شد.

بر اساس حکمی که در تاریخ ۲۳ خرداد از سوی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به ریاست قاضی غلامرضا اکبری مقدم صادر و به این شهروند ابلاغ شده، او بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور» به چهار سال حبس و به اتهام «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به یک سال حبس محکوم شده است.

طیبه نظری، مادر وکیل جوان، مریم آروین است که در جریان اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی» در سال ۱۴۰۱ در سیرجان به دلیل دفاع حقوقی از بازداشت‌شدگان دستگیر و مدتی پس از آزادی موقت، به طرز مشکوکی جان باخت.
