Donald Trump says that if he is not satisfied with the agreement and Iran does not change its behavior, he will bomb Iran again.

The U.S. President, speaking at a press conference on Wednesday alongside Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the President of Egypt, on the sidelines of the G7 leaders' summit in France, stated: "This is just a memorandum of understanding. If I am not satisfied with it and they do not change their behavior, we will shoot at them again and drop bombs on their heads."
Donald Trump also described reports about a $300 billion investment by the U.S. in Iran based on the memorandum as incorrect, but stated that the U.S. would not prevent other countries from investing in Iran.

The text of the memorandum has not yet been published, but according to one of the clauses in the text released by some American media, it is mentioned that "the United States commits to working with its regional partners to develop a comprehensive and mutually agreed plan for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic and to guarantee the financing of at least $300 billion. The mechanism for implementing this plan will be developed within 60 days as part of the final agreement."

The U.S. President also stated that the text of the memorandum does not mention that the U.S. will pay money to Iran and rejected the existence of a clause regarding the immediate lifting of sanctions on Iran in the text of the memorandum.

In the text published in American media, the accuracy of which has not yet been confirmed, it states that "the United States commits to lifting all types of sanctions imposed against the Islamic Republic of Iran based on a timeline agreed upon in the final agreement; including United Nations Security Council resolutions and International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors resolutions, as well as all unilateral U.S. sanctions, both primary and secondary."

دونالد ترامپ می‌گوید اگر از توافق رضایت نداشته باشد و ایران رفتارش را اصلاح نکند، بار دیگر ایران را بمباران خواهد کرد.

رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا که روز چهارشنبه در نشستی خبری همراه با عبدالفتاح السیسی، رئیس‌جمهور مصر، در حاشیه نشست رهبران گروه ۷ در فرانسه صحبت می‌کرد، گفت: «این فقط یک یادداشت تفاهم است. اگر از آن راضی نباشم و رفتارشان را اصلاح نکنند، دوباره به سمت آن‌ها شلیک می‌کنیم و روی سرشان بمب می‌اندازیم.»
دونالد ترامپ همچنین گزارش‌ها دربارهٔ سرمایه‌گذاری ۳۰۰ میلیارد دلاری این کشور در ایران بر اساس تفاهم‌نامه را نادرست خواند، اما گفت که آمریکا مانع سرمایه‌گذاری دیگر کشورها در ایران نخواهد شد.

متن تفاهم‌نامه هنوز منتشر نشده، اما بر اساس یکی از بندهای متنی که برخی رسانه‌های آمریکایی منتشر کرده‌اند، چنین ذکر شده که «ایالات متحده متعهد می‌شود همراه با شرکای منطقه‌ای خود، طرحی جامع و مورد توافق دو طرف برای بازسازی و توسعه اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی تدوین کند و تأمین مالی دست‌کم ۳۰۰ میلیارد دلار را تضمین نماید. سازوکار اجرای این طرح، به عنوان بخشی از توافق نهایی، ظرف ۶۰ روز تدوین خواهد شد».

رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا همچنین گفت در متن تفاهم‌نامه گفته نشده است که آمریکا پولی به ایران پرداخت می‌کند و وجود بندی دربارهٔ رفع فوری تحریم‌های ایران در متن تفاهم‌نامه را نیز رد کرد.

در متن منتشرشده در رسانه‌های آمریکایی، که صحت آن هنوز مورد تأیید قرار نگرفته، آمده است که «ایالات متحده متعهد می‌شود بر اساس جدول زمانی مورد توافق در توافق نهایی، همهٔ انواع تحریم‌های اعمال‌شده علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران را لغو کند؛ از جمله قطعنامه‌های شورای امنیت سازمان ملل و شورای حکام آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی و همچنین تمامی تحریم‌های یکجانبه آمریکا، اعم از اولیه و ثانویه».
