A comparison of the version published by IRNA with the American version obtained by the BBC shows that the two versions of this 14-point agreement are almost entirely identical.

The only minor difference is found in the sixth clause, which begins with the following phrase:

"The United States of America commits to working with regional partners to develop a final program agreed upon by both parties with a minimum of $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The mechanism for implementing this program will be finalized within 60 days as part of the final agreement."

The last sentence of this clause in the American version reads:
"All necessary permits, exemptions, and authorizations for conducting related initial transactions will be issued by the United States of America."

However, in the version published by IRNA, the word "initial" has been omitted from this sentence.

Nevertheless, it does not seem that this minor difference fundamentally alters the meaning or content of the agreement.
