✅️#Mohammad_Nourouzi, an Afghan citizen residing in Iran, who was arrested at his home on January 15, 2025, has been sentenced to six years in prison by the court.

🔹️According to reports received by the follow-up committee, Mohammad Nourouzi was transferred to the Malard police station after his arrest and, after four days, was moved to Qazalhesar prison with physical abuse. During this time, he was constantly threatened with being deported and expelled from Iran.

🔹️He was eventually released from prison on a bail of one billion tomans and then sentenced by the court to six years in prison on charges of "gathering and colluding and propaganda against the regime."

This ruling is currently under appeal.

✅️#محمد_نوروزی، شهروند افغانستانی ساکن ایران، که در روز ۲۵ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، در منزل مسکونی‌اش دستگیر شده بود، توسط دادگاه به شش‌سال زندان محکوم شد.

🔹️طبق گزارش رسیده به کمیته پیگیری، محمد نوروزی پس از بازداشت به آگاهی ملارد منتقل شده و پس از ۴ روز همراه با ضرب‌وشتم فیزیکی به زندان قزلحصار منتقل شد. او طی این مدت مدام تهدید می‌شد که رد مرز شده و از ایران اخراج خواهد شد.

🔹️او در نهایت با قرار وثیقه یک میلیارد تومانی از زندان آزاد شد و سپس توسط دادگاه به اتهام "اجتماع و تبانی و تبلیغ علیه نظام" به شش سال زندان محکوم شد.

این حکم هم‌اکنون در مرحله تجدیدنظر قرار دارد.
