Iranian media reported that the negotiating delegation of the Islamic Republic, headed by Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and including Abbas Araghchi, has departed for Switzerland.

According to this report, Abdolnaser Hemmati, the governor of the Central Bank, and Ali Bagheri Kani, the deputy for international affairs at the Supreme National Security Council, will also be present on this trip.

Additionally, Kazem Gharibabadi, the deputy, and Ismail Baqai, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with Hamid Bourd, the deputy minister of oil, will accompany them.

Earlier, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry announced that technical negotiations between the Islamic Republic and the United States will begin on Sunday in Switzerland.

رسانه‌های ایران گزارش دادند که هیات مذاکره‌کننده جمهوری اسلامی به ریاست محمدباقر قالیباف و با حضور عباس عراقچی، عازم سوئیس شده است.

بر اساس این گزارش، عبدالناصر همتی، رییس کل بانک مرکزی و علی باقری کنی، معاون بین‌الملل دبیرخانه شورای عالی امنیت ملی نیز در این سفر حضور خواهند داشت.

همچنین کاظم غریب‌آبادی، معاون و اسماعیل بقائی، سخنگوری وزارت خارجه و حمید بورد، معاون وزیر نفت نیز این افراد را همراهی می‌کنند.

پیش‌تر وزارت خارجه پاستان اعلام کرد که مذاکرات فنی میان جمهوری اسلامی و آمریکا، یکشنبه در سوئیس آغاز خواهد شد.
