IRIB: The disclosure of Mojtaba Khamenei's correspondence by Nabavian on the news network has legal consequences

The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) described the statements of Mahmoud Nabavian, the deputy chairman of the National Security Commission of the Parliament, regarding the upcoming negotiations between Iran and the United States on the news network as "a case of legal violation and subject to legal action," and announced that "the relevant director of this network has resigned."

Mahmoud Nabavian, who belongs to the hardline faction known as "Peydari," claimed on Saturday, June 30, while reading parts of texts he said were Mojtaba Khamenei's correspondence with the negotiating team, that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic had opposed the negotiation process and various clauses of the texts at different stages.

This discussion was cut off before Nabavian could reach the final text of the agreement, leading to a wave of reactions among other figures and media activists within the Islamic Republic.

In its statement, IRIB announced that Nabavian had made "incomplete and distorted references to some classified documents," and Saeed Ajorlou, a member of the negotiating team's media team and a close associate of Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, accused him of "deliberately distorting texts" with the aim of "evading accountability for previous false claims."
On June 23, just before the signing of the Iran-U.S. agreement, Nabavian read a text he claimed was the agreement during a live program on a news agency close to the IRGC, severely criticizing some of its clauses.

Nabavian was one of the members of the group that went to Islamabad with the negotiating team after the announcement of the ceasefire in the 40-day war.

Mojtaba Khamenei, who has not had any audio or video released since the announcement of his leadership, stated in a written message after the agreement was signed by the presidents of Iran and the United States that he had a "different opinion" but placed the responsibility on Masoud Pezeshkian, the head of the Supreme National Security Council, and other members of this council due to a "commitment" made to him.

Nabavian was explaining the details of the letters exchanged between the Supreme Leader and the Supreme National Security Council on live air when the broadcast was completely interrupted under the pretext of a filler program! We did not get to learn about the notes of that martyr Imam regarding this matter, but a part of the notes of the present Imam was being broadcast by Mr. Nabavian, and they prevented it!

صدا و سیما: افشای مکاتبات مجتبی خامنه‌ای از سوی نبویان در شبکه خبر پیگیرد قضایی دارد

صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران اظهارات محمود نبویان، نایب‌رئیس کمیسیون امنیت ملی مجلس، در شبکه خبر پیرامون مذاکرات پیش رو بین ایران و آمریکا را «مصداق تخلف قانونی و مستوجب پیگرد قضایی» عنوان و اعلام کرد «مدیرکل مربوطهٔ این شبکه استعفا کرده است».

محمود نبویان، که به جناح تندرو موسوم به «پایداری» تعلق دارد، روز شنبه ۳۰ خرداد با خواندن بخش‌هایی از متن‌هایی که گفت مکاتبات مجتبی خامنه‌ای با هیئت مذاکره‌کننده است، مدعی شد رهبر جمهوری اسلامی در مراحل مختلف با روند مذاکرات و بندهای متن‌های گوناگون مرتبط با مذاکرات مخالف بوده است.

این گفت‌وگو پیش از آن‌که نبویان به متن نهایی تفاهم‌نامه برسد، قطع شد و موجی از واکنش‌ها را در میان دیگر چهره‌ها و فعالان رسانه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی در پی داشت.

صداوسیما در بیانیهٔ خود اعلام کرد نبویان در اظهاراتش «اشارهٔ ناقص و مخدوش به برخی اسناد دارای طبقه‌بندی» داشته و سعید آجورلو، عضو تیم رسانه‌ای هیئت مذاکره‌کننده و از چهره‌های نزدیک محمدباقر قالیباف، نیز او را به «تحریف عمدی متون» با هدف «فرار از پاسخگویی درباره ادعاهای نادرست قبلی» متهم کرد.
محمود نبویان، ۲۳ خرداد ماه، در آستانهٔ امضای تفاهم‌نامهٔ ایران و آمریکا، در یک برنامهٔ زنده در یک خبرگزاری نزدیک به سپاه، متنی را که مدعی بود تفاهم‌نامهٔ ایران و آمریکا است، روخوانی و از برخی بندهای آن به‌شدت انتقاد کرده بود.

نبویان یکی از اعضای گروهی بود که پس از اعلام آتش‌بس جنگ ۴۰ روزه، همراه هیئت مذاکره‌کنندهٔ با آمریکا به اسلام‌آباد رفته بود.

مجتبی خامنه‌ای، که پس از اعلام رهبری هنوز هیچ صدا و تصویری از او منتشر نشده، پس از امضای تفاهم‌نامه توسط رؤسای جمهور ایران و آمریکا در پیامی مکتوب اعلام کرد «نظر دیگری» داشته اما «با تعهدی» که پزشکیان به او داده، مسئولیت آن را بر عهده مسعود پزشکیان، رئیس شورای عالی امنیت ملی، و دیگر اعضای این شورا گذاشته است.

نبویان در آنتن زنده شبکه خبر، در حال تشریح جزئیات نامه‌های رد و بدل‌شده میان رهبر معظم انقلاب و شورای عالی امنیت ملی بود که پخش برنامه به بهانه میان‌برنامه به صورت کامل متوقف شد!
ما که از یادداشت‌های آن امام شهید در این باره اطلاع پیدا نکردیم ولی گوشه‌ای از یادداشت‌های امام حاضر توسط آقای نبویان در حال پخش از سیما بود مانع آن شدند!
