Mehrdad Goodarzvand Chaghini, the representative of Rudbar County in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, says that in recent developments, it has been Iran that initially violated the ceasefire agreement between Iran and the United States. In response to a question about the halt in negotiations due to the ceasefire violation, he said: "I don't know if it's right to say this or not, but we attacked first and then they targeted Sirik."

مهرداد گودرزوند چگینی، نماینده شهرستان رودبار در مجلس شورای اسلامی میگوید که در تحولات اخیر، این ایران بوده که ابتدا توافق آتشبس میان ایران و آمریکا را نقض کرده است.
او در پاسخ به سوالی درباره توقف مذاکرات به دلیل نقض آتشبس گفت: نمیدانم گفتنش درست است یا نه اما اول ما حمله کردیم و بعد آنها سیریک را هدف قراردادند.
