Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced on Thursday, July 23, via a message on the social media platform X, that a civilian nuclear agreement between the U.S. Department of Energy and Saudi Arabia will be approved, but this agreement is conditional on Riyadh joining the Abraham Accords.

In this message, Trump suddenly referred to the "civilian" nature of Iran's nuclear program, stating: "The civilian nuclear agreement being negotiated between the U.S. Department of Energy and Saudi Arabia pertains only to civilian uses, similar to the programs that Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries have. However, this agreement is entirely conditional on Saudi Arabia joining the Abraham Accords." The U.S. President noted that "there will be no enrichment of [nuclear] materials" in this agreement and that the U.S. does not oppose civilian nuclear facilities without enrichment.

Benjamin Netanyahu's office, the Prime Minister of Israel, announced on Thursday that Saudi Arabia's joining the Abraham Accords would be a historic development on the path to peace in the Middle East.

The Prime Minister's office added that a joint military action by the U.S. and Israel against the Islamic Republic and the weakening of the "terrorist" axis of Tehran has created the groundwork for expanding the circle of peace.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهوری آمریکا، روز پنج‌شنبه اول مرداد ماه، در پیامی در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس اعلام کرد توافق هسته‌ای غیرنظامی میان وزارت انرژی آمریکا و عربستان سعودی تصویب خواهد شد، اما این توافق مشروط به پیوستن ریاض به توافق‌های ابراهیم است.

ترامپ در این پیام با اشاره ناگهانی به «غیرنظامی» بودن برنامه هسته‌ای ایران نوشت: «توافق هسته‌ای غیرنظامی که میان وزارت انرژی ایالات متحده و عربستان سعودی در حال انجام است، تنها به استفاده‌های غیرنظامی، مانند برنامه‌هایی که ایران، امارات متحده عربی و دیگر کشورها دارند، مربوط می‌شود. اما این توافق کاملا مشروط به پیوستن عربستان سعودی به توافق‌های ابراهیم است.»
رئیس جمهوری آمریکا کرد در این توافق «هیچ غنی‌سازی مواد [هسته‌ای] وجود نخواهد داشت» و آمریکا با تاسیسات هسته‌ای غیرنظامی و بدون غنی‌سازی مخالف نیست

دفتر نخست‌وزیر اسرائیل افزود اقدام نظامی مشترک آمریکا و اسرائیل علیه جمهوری اسلامی و تضعیف محور «تروریستی» تهران، زمینه را برای گسترش دایره صلح فراهم کرده است.
