Donald Trump, the President of the United States, rejected reports about a reduction in the country's ammunition reserves in a statement sent to the Wall Street Journal, stating that the United States has "far more than any other country" in terms of ammunition and that the amount is "well beyond" its needs.

According to reports from the past two days, General Dan Keen, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has informed the White House about the decrease in air defense missile reserves. This is a concerning issue for him, although he believes that low reserves will not prevent the resumption of large-scale combat operations against Iran, but it does increase the risks.

Several U.S. officials also told the Wall Street Journal that Admiral Brad Cooper, the commander of CENTCOM, believes that the U.S. can manage with limited Patriot and other air defense interceptor reserves, as an increase in U.S. attacks, if approved by Trump, would reduce Iran's ability to launch a large number of missiles.

Caroline Levitt, White House spokesperson, and Sean Parnell, senior Pentagon spokesperson, emphasized that the U.S. military has all the necessary resources to carry out any mission that Trump chooses.

The U.S. Department of Defense halted its new campaign of bombing positions in Iran on Friday evening after 13 days of intense airstrikes, and as of today, early Monday, no attacks by the U.S. have been reported.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهوری آمریکا، در بیانیه‌ای که به روزنامه وال‌استریت جورنال فرستاده، گزارش‌ها درباره کاهش ذخایر مهمات این کشور را رد کرد و گفت ایالات متحده «بسیار بیشتر از هر کشور دیگری» مهمات در اختیار دارد و میزان آن نیز «بسیار فراتر» از نیازهایش است.
بنابر گزارش‌های دو روز اخیر، ژنرال دن کین، رئیس ستاد مشترک نیروهای مسلح آمریکا، کاخ سفید را در جریان کاهش ذخایر موشک‌های رهگیر پدافند هوایی قرار داده است. این موضوع برای او نگران‌کننده است، هرچند معتقد است پایین بودن ذخایر مانع ازسرگیری عملیات رزمی گسترده علیه ایران نخواهد شد، اما خطرات آن را افزایش می‌دهد.

چند مقام آمریکایی نیز به وال‌استریت جورنال گفتند دریاسالار برد کوپر، فرمانده سنتکام، معتقد است آمریکا می‌تواند با محدودیت ذخایر پاتریوت و دیگر رهگیرهای پدافند هوایی کنار بیاید، زیرا در صورت تأیید ترامپ، افزایش حملات آمریکا توان ایران برای شلیک شمار زیادی موشک را کاهش خواهد داد.

کارولین لویت، سخنگوی کاخ سفید، و شان پارنل، سخنگوی ارشد پنتاگون، تأکید کرده‌اند ارتش آمریکا برای اجرای هر مأموریتی که ترامپ انتخاب کند، تمام امکانات لازم را در اختیار دارد.

وزارت دفاع آمریکا شامگاه جمعه کارزار تازه خود در بمباران مواضع در ایران را پس از ۱۳ روز حملات هوایی شدید متوقف کرد و تا امروز، بامداد دوشنبه حمله‌ای از سوی آمریکا گزارش نشده است.
