"Ahmad al-Shara," the President of Syria, announced on Monday, July 27, 1405 (Iranian calendar) in an interview with Al Jazeera that Damascus is working with several countries to reach a security agreement with Israel.
Al-Shara expressed hope that such an agreement could pave the way for achieving a "comprehensive peace," without disregarding "Syria's rights over the Golan Heights."

«احمد الشرع»، رییسجمهور سوریه، روز دوشنبه ۵مرداد۱۴۰۵ در گفتوگو با شبکه «الجزیره» اعلام کرد دمشق با مشارکت چند کشور در حال تلاش برای دستیابی به یک توافق امنیتی با اسراییل است.
الشرع ابراز امیدواری کرده که چنین توافقی بتواند زمینه را برای دستیابی به «صلحی فراگیر» فراهم کند، بدون آنکه «حق سوریه بر بلندیهای جولان» نادیده گرفته شود.
