اخبار منتشر شده در شبکه‌های اجتماعی حاکی از آن است که خانواده‌های زندانیان سیاسی محکوم به اعدام و شهروندان در میدان علیخانی اصفهان تجمع کرده‌اند و گزارش‌هایی نیز از درگیری یگان ویژه جمهوری اسلامی با معترضان منتشر شده است

این گزارش‌ها می‌گویند نیروهای یگان ویژه جمهوری اسلامی با موتور، خودروهای زرهی و سلاح‌های سنگین در محدوده محل اجرای اعدام مستقر شده‌اند و اینترنت در اصفهان دچار اختلال شده است.
