Mahnaz Navab Safavi, 22 years old, a Persian rap singer and one of the detainees from December, has been sentenced to death by the fifth branch of the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan, presided over by Judge Hemati Nejad.

This sentence was issued on charges of "moharebeh through participation in the destruction of public property, propaganda against the regime, and conspiracy and gathering."

According to the source of this report, Mahnaz Navab Safavi had two lawyers, but they did not have access to the case and were not provided the opportunity to defend him. Additionally, his court hearing was held remotely. Mahnaz Navab Safavi was arrested during the protests in December in Isfahan and is currently in the Dashtgerd prison of this city.

مهنام نواب صفوی، ۲۲ ساله، خواننده رپ فارسی و از بازداشت‌شدگان دی‌ماه، از سوی شعبه پنجم دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان به ریاست قاضی همتی‌نژاد به اعدام محکوم شده است.

این حکم با اتهام «محاربه از طریق مشارکت در تخریب اموال عمومی، تبلیغ علیه نظام و اجتماع و تبانی» صادر شده است.

به گفته منبع این گزارش، مهنام نواب صفوی دو وکیل داشته، اما وکلای او به پرونده دسترسی نداشتند و امکان دفاع از او برایشان فراهم نشده است.
همچنین دادگاه او به صورت غیرحضوری برگزار شده است.
مهنام نواب صفوی در جریان اعتراضات دی‌ماه در اصفهان بازداشت شد و اکنون در زندان دستگرد این شهر است.
