The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced on Wednesday morning through two statements that it had launched missile attacks on a U.S. airbase and command center in Jordan, as well as targeting three oil tankers.

The Aerospace Force of the IRGC stated that it targeted the U.S. forces' base in Jordan with several ballistic missiles, while the Navy of the IRGC also mentioned: "Three violating oil tankers that ignored warnings were hit and stopped."

This comes as the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) previously released a statement declaring that all missiles fired by the IRGC from Iran were completely intercepted and destroyed, and no harm was done to U.S. forces.

سپاه پاسداران، صبح چهارشنبه، با انتشار دو بیانیه از حمله موشکی به پایگاه هوایی و مرکز فرماندهی ارتش آمریکا در اردن و همچنین هدف قرار دادن سه نفت‌کش خبر داد.

نیروی هوافضای سپاه اعلام کرد پایگاه نیروهای آمریکایی در اردن را با چند موشک بالستیک هدف قرار داده و هم‌زمان نیروی دریایی سپاه نیز گفت: «سه نفت‌کش متخلف که به اخطارها بی‌توجه بودند مورد اصابت قرار گرفته و متوقف شدند.»

این درحالی است که پیش از این، فرماندهی مرکزی ایالات متحده (سنتکام) با انتشار بیانیه‌ای اعلام کرد که تمام موشک‌های شلیک‌شده سپاه از ایران به طور کامل رهگیری و منهدم شده‌اند و هیچ آسیبی به نیروهای آمریکایی وارد نشده است.
