According to Tasnim, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy announced on Wednesday, July 29, that it has "targeted and seized" three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz due to their disregard for warnings.
The report does not mention the names of these vessels, their ownership, the exact location of the incident, or details of the alleged violations, but Tehran has rejected the alternative southern route along the coast of Oman.
According to a statement published by Tasnim, the IRGC emphasized that "illegal interventions and orders" from the United States will not go "unanswered" by vessels present in the region.
The UK Maritime Trade Operations center has not yet confirmed or reported such attacks.

به گزارش تسنیم، نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی روز چهارشنبه هفتم مردادماه، اعلام کرد سه نفتکش را در تنگه هرمز به دلیل بیتوجهی به هشدارها «هدف قرار داده و توقیف کرده است».
در این گزارش به نام این شناورها، مالکیت، محل دقیق حادثه و جزئیات تخلفات ادعایی آنها در این آبراه اشارهای نشده است، اما تهران مسیر جایگزین جنوبی در امتداد سواحل عمان را رد کرده است.
بر اساس بیانیهای که تسنیم منتشر کرده، سپاه پاسداران تاکید کرده است که «مداخلهها و دستورات غیرقانونی» ایالات متحده از سوی شناورهای حاضر در منطقه «بیپاسخ نخواهد ماند».
مرکز عملیات تجارت دریایی بریتانیا، هنوز وقوع چنین حملاتی را تایید و گزارش نکرده است.
