Mohammad Baqir Khurazi, the Secretary-General of "Hezbollah Iran," reacted ambiguously to the denial from Mojtaba Khamenei's office, stating that he accepts this denial but expressed hope that after "important future changes," this office will remain intact.

This reaction was published on the Instagram page of Khurazi's office on the evening of Tuesday, August 4, 1405. In the statement from his office, it is mentioned: "Although we accept the denial from the public relations and the office of published works out of respect for the martyr leader and the current Supreme Leader, we hope that after important future changes in the aforementioned offices, this denial will remain."

The statement continues: "May God assist us in our steadfastness and patience in the path of the Ahl al-Bayt and the Supreme Leader."

Mojtaba Khamenei's office had denied Khurazi's claim about a warning from the Supreme Leader to Masoud Pezeshkian regarding resignation just hours before Khurazi's response was published. In the statement from this office, without naming Khurazi, it was stated: "The content published in cyberspace, in which an individual claims about the reaction of the Supreme Leader to the letter of the esteemed President, is fundamentally false and contrary to reality." Mojtaba Khamenei's office described the publication of this claim as "a ground for disturbing public opinion and creating division and discord in society."

A day before this denial was published, a video of Khurazi's remarks was shared on social media. In this video, he claimed that Masoud Pezeshkian had resigned or threatened to resign 28 times so far. Khurazi also stated that Mojtaba Khamenei reacted to this by writing: "If Pezeshkian resigns once more, we will accept his resignation." He claimed that after this warning, Pezeshkian and other government officials retreated from raising the issue of resignation again.

محمدباقر خرازی، دبیرکل «حزب‌الله ایران»، در واکنشی دوپهلو به تکذیب دفتر مجتبی خامنه‌ای، اعلام کرد این تکذیبیه را می‌پذیرد، اما ابراز امیدواری کرد پس از «تغییرات مهم آینده» این دفتر نیز همچنان پابرجا بماند.

این واکنش شامگاه سه‌شنبه ۱۳مرداد۱۴۰۵، در صفحه اینستاگرام دفتر خرازی منتشر شد.
در بیانیه دفتر او آمده است: «گرچه به احترام قائد شهید و نیز رهبر معظم حاضر، تکذیبیه روابط عمومی و دفتر نشر آثار را حدوثاً می‌پذیریم، ولی امیدواریم پس از تغییرات مهم آینده در حوزه دفاتر فوق، این تکذیبیه همچنان باقی بماند.»

در ادامه بیانیه آمده است: «خداوند ما را در صورت استقامت و صبر در راه اهل‌بیت و ولایت معظم فقیه یاری خواهد فرمود.»

دفتر مجتبی خامنه‌ای ساعاتی پیش از انتشار پاسخ خرازی، ادعای او درباره هشدار رهبر جمهوری اسلامی به مسعود پزشکیان بر سر استعفا را تکذیب کرده بود.
در بیانیه این دفتر، بدون نام‌بردن از خرازی، آمده بود: «مطلب منتشرشده در فضای مجازی که در آن فردی، ادعایی را درباره واکنش رهبر انقلاب اسلامی به نامه رییس‌جمهوری محترم مطرح کرده، از اساس کذب و خلاف واقع است.»
دفتر مجتبی خامنه‌ای انتشار این ادعا را «زمینه‌ساز تشویش اذهان عمومی و ایجاد انشقاق و اختلاف در جامعه» توصیف کرده بود.

یک روز پیش از انتشار این تکذیبیه، ویدیویی از سخنان خرازی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شده بود. او در این ویدیو مدعی شده بود مسعود پزشکیان تاکنون ۲۸ بار استعفا داده یا تهدید به کناره‌گیری کرده است.
خرازی همچنین گفته بود مجتبی خامنه‌ای در واکنش به این موضوع نوشته است: «یک بار دیگر پزشکیان استعفا کند، استعفایش را می‌پذیریم.»
او مدعی شده بود پس از این هشدار، پزشکیان و دیگر مقام‌های دولت از مطرح‌کردن دوباره استعفا عقب‌نشینی کرده‌اند.
