Mohammad Baqer Zolqadr, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, on Saturday, March 17, issued a message outlining the Islamic Republic's conditions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, emphasizing that as long as the United States does not correct its behavior, this strategic waterway will remain blocked.

The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council stated that correcting U.S. behavior is conditional upon the fulfillment of six main points, announcing that the U.S. must stop aggression and war against Iran and its allies in the region, including Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, and Iraq, dismantle the naval blockade, and withdraw its military forces from around Iran.

He also listed the complete payment of damages from aggressive wars, the lifting of all illegal sanctions, the unconditional release of frozen assets, and the cessation of threats and insults against the Iranian nation as other fundamental conditions of Iran.

محمدباقر ذوالقدر، دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی، روز شنبه ۱۷ مردا ماه، با انتشار پیامی با تشریح شروط جمهوری اسلامی برای بازگشایی تنگه هرمز، تاکید کرد تا زمانی که ایالات متحده آمریکا رفتار خود را تصحیح نکند، این آبراه راهبردی مسدود خواهد ماند.

دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی تصحیح رفتار آمریکا را مشروط به تحقق ۶ بند اصلی دانست و اعلام کرد آمریکا باید تهاجم و جنگ علیه ایران و متحدانش در منطقه از جمله لبنان، فلسطین، یمن و عراق را متوقف کند، محاصره دریایی را برچیده و نیروهای نظامی خود را از اطراف ایران خارج کند.

او همچنین پرداخت کامل خسارات جنگ‌های تجاوزکارانه، لغو تمامی تحریم‌های غیرقانونی، آزادسازی بی‌قید و شرط دارایی‌های مسدودشده و پایان دادن به تهدیدها و توهین‌ها علیه ملت ایران را از دیگر شروط اساسی ایران برشمرد.
