Ali Ahmadi, a 71-year-old retired teacher, has been held in Adelabad prison in Shiraz since his arrest on March 6, and concerns about his health continue.
At the time of his arrest, Ahmadi was recovering from two eye and prostate surgeries, and according to this information, he is now also facing heart problems.
He is facing charges including "corruption on earth," "collaboration with Mossad," and "destruction of public property." Despite having a lawyer, his case has not made significant progress since his arrest, and access to the case file for his lawyer has been limited. His lawyer has also been arrested once before.
According to this information, since Ahmadi's arrest, there has been no in-person visit with him, and only a brief phone call was made on the day of the holiday. Additionally, there is no accurate information regarding his physical condition and the status of his case.
Ahmadi has previously been arrested several times for pursuing the demands of teachers' rights. His continued detention has also put his family in financial difficulties.

علی احمدی، معلم بازنشسته ۷۱ ساله، پس از بازداشت در ۱۵ اسفندماه در ممسنی، همچنان در زندان عادلآباد شیراز نگهداری میشود و نگرانیها درباره سلامت او ادامه دارد.
احمدی هنگام بازداشت در دوره نقاهت پس از دو عمل جراحی چشم و پروستات بود و بنا بر این اطلاعات، اکنون با مشکلات قلبی نیز مواجه است.
او با اتهامهایی از جمله «افساد فیالارض»، «همکاری با موساد» و «تخریب اموال عمومی» روبهرو است.
با وجود داشتن وکیل، پرونده او از زمان بازداشت پیشرفت محسوسی نداشته و دسترسی وکیل به پرونده محدود بوده است. وکیل او نیز پیشتر یک بار بازداشت شده است.
بر اساس این اطلاعات، از زمان بازداشت احمدی هیچ ملاقات حضوری با او انجام نشده و تنها یک تماس تلفنی چندثانیهای در روز عید برقرار شده است.
همچنین درباره وضعیت جسمی و روند پرونده او اطلاعات دقیقی در دست نیست.
احمدی پیش از این نیز چند بار به دلیل پیگیری مطالبات صنفی فرهنگیان بازداشت شده بود. ادامه بازداشت او همچنین خانوادهاش را با مشکلات مالی مواجه کرده است.
