The Minister of Health of the Islamic Republic says that India, in response to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz by the Islamic Republic, did not send even a single ship of raw materials for drug production to Iran during the war.
Mohammad Reza Zafarghandi further clarified that India conditioned the shipment of pharmaceutical materials to Iran on the passage of Indian-related ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

وزیر بهداشت جمهوری اسلامی میگوید هند در واکنش به انسداد تنگه هرمز توسط جمهوری اسلامی، حتی در طول جنگ یک کشتی مواد اولیه تولید دارو نیز به ایران ارسال نکرد.
محمدرضا ظفرقندی در ادامه تصریح کرد هند ارسال مواد دارویی به ایران را مشروط به عبور کشتیهای مرتبط با هند از تنگه هرمز کرده بود.
