Mohammad Mokhber, advisor to Mojtaba Khamenei, wrote on the social media platform X on Thursday, August 22, that the "definitive strategy of the leadership" in the event that conditions in Iran are not met is to escalate the war, and this strategy "will change the power equations in the world."
The advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic further claimed that the U.S. has been unable to protect its allies in the Persian Gulf. He considered the implementation of the "Hormuz economic-security mechanism" independent of Washington's military guarantees as the most sustainable way to establish a new order in the region.

محمد مخبر، مشاور مجتبی خامنهای، روز پنجشنبه ۲۲ مردادماه در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نوشت که «راهبرد قطعی رهبری» در صورت تحقق نیافتن شرایط ایران، تهاجمی شدن جنگ است و این راهبرد «معادلات قدرت را در جهان دگرگون میکند».
مشاور رهبر جمهوری اسلامی در ادامه ادعا کرد آمریکا در محافظت از متحدانش در خلیج فارس ناتوان بوده است. او اجرای «سازوکار اقتصادی-امنیتی هرمز» مستقل از تضمین نظامی واشینگتن را پایدارترین راه برای ایجاد نظم جدید در منطقه دانست.
