The Harana website reported that Takhtam Ramazani, a 37-year-old prisoner who had been detained on drug-related charges and was serving his sentence in Ward 2 of Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad, died on Tuesday, August 20, due to a ruptured gallbladder and delays in medical treatment and transfer to the hospital.
According to the report, Ramazani suffered from severe pain in the gallbladder area four days before his death, and despite repeated attempts to receive medical services, he was not transferred to the hospital and was deprived of appropriate medical care. He worked as a laborer in the waste collection section of the prison.

سایت هرانا گزارش داد تکتم رمضانی، زندانی ۳۷ ساله که بابت اتهامات مرتبط با مواد مخدر بازداشت شده بود و دوران محکومیت خود را در بند دو زندان وکیلآباد مشهد سپری میکرد، سهشنبه ۲۰ مرداد در پی پارگی کیسه صفرا و تعلل در رسیدگی پزشکی و اعزام به بیمارستان جان باخت.
بر اساس این گزارش، رمضانی در چهار روز پیش از مرگ از درد شدید در ناحیه کیسه صفرا رنج میبرد و با وجود پیگیریهای مکرر برای دریافت خدمات درمانی، به بیمارستان اعزام نشد و از رسیدگی پزشکی مناسب محروم ماند. او در زندان بهعنوان کارگر در بخش جمعآوری زباله فعالیت داشت.
