Ahmad Aryaie-Najad, the representative of Malayer in the Iranian Parliament, described the killing of Mahsa (Zhina) Amini in a derogatory manner during a televised debate, referring to the protests following her death as "eight months of chaos."

These remarks were made in the Tehran municipal media (Hamshahri).

Mahsa Amini's parents, in shared stories on social media, called the statements of this parliament member "derogatory" and stated that such remarks do not diminish the value and status of their daughter.

Amjad Amini wrote: "I learned that Ahmad Aryaie-Najad, the representative of Malayer in Parliament, has insulted our daughter, our family, and all the people of Kurdistan and Iran with words that are as unworthy and inappropriate as he and his ancestors deserve, and with phrases that have no place in any creed, ideology, or knowledge."

Zhina Amini's father also referred to the economic and social situation in Iran, addressing this parliament member: "It is strange that in a situation where the people of this country are in the depths of poverty and misery because of the decisions of representatives like you, and thousands of girls and boys the same age as Zhina are burning in regret for a future you have set ablaze, you still target our daughter."

In another part of his message, he wrote: "You say our precious angel has passed away; may your tongue be cut off for having led a whole country to ruin, and you have not only lacked reason and wisdom but have also gained no shred of shame."

Mahsa Amini's father concluded by stating: "Our daughter's name, alongside thousands of other innocent people, will forever be immortalized in the history of this country."

احمد آریایی‌نژاد، نماینده ملایر در مجلس ایران، در یک مناظره تلویزیونی، کشته‌شدن مهسا (ژینا) امینی را با عبارتی توهین‌آمیز توصیف کرد و اعتراضات پس از مرگ او را «هشت ماه اغتشاش» خواند.

پدر و مادر مهسا امینی در استوری‌های مشترکی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی،سخنان این نماینده مجلس را «توهین‌آمیز» خواندند و گفتند چنین اظهاراتی از ارزش و جایگاه دخترشان نمی‌کاهد.

امجد امینی نوشته: «مطلع شدم احمد آریایی‌نژاد، نماینده ملایر در مجلس، با لفظی چنان‌که سزاوار و شایسته خود و اسلاف ایشان است و با کلماتی که در هیچ آیین، مرام و معرفتی جای ندارد، به دختر ما، خانواده ما و تمام مردم کردستان و ایران توهین کرده است.»

پدر ژینا امینی همچنین با اشاره به وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی ایران، خطاب به این نماینده مجلس نوشته است: «عجیب است در شرایطی که مردم این مملکت به‌خاطر تصمیمات امثال آقای نماینده در اوج فقر و فلاکت هستند و هزاران دختر و پسر هم‌سن‌وسال ژینا در افسوس آینده‌ای که ایشان به آتش کشیده‌اند می‌سوزند، باز هم سراغ دختر ما رفته‌اند.»

او در بخش دیگری از نوشته خود آورده است: «می‌گویید فرشته نازنین ما به درک واصل شد؛ بریده باد زبان شما که یک مملکت را به درک واصل کردید و نه‌تنها از عقل و خرد، بلکه از سر سوزنی شرم نصیبی نبرده‌اید.»

پدر مهسا امینی در پایان نوشته است: «نام دخترمان در کنار هزاران انسان بی‌گناه دیگر تا ابد در تاریخ این کشور جاودان است.»
