Trump stated that people are finding alternatives for oil supply instead of the Strait of Hormuz, mentioning Texas, Alaska, and Louisiana as some of these options. He said buyers have turned to the United States for oil supply.

He noted that one of the reasons oil prices have not reached $300 or $350 per barrel is the increase in supply and buyers turning to alternative sources. He added that oil prices are currently around $83 to $85 and will drop significantly after the current conditions end.

The U.S. President emphasized that the country has enough oil, saying: "People are finding alternatives. One of these alternatives is Texas. Another is Alaska, and another is Louisiana. They are coming to the United States for oil."

ترامپ می‌گوید مردم در حال یافتن جایگزین‌هایی برای تامین نفت به‌جای تنگه هرمز هستند و تگزاس، آلاسکا و لوئیزیانا را از جمله این گزینه‌ها معرفی کرد. او گفت خریداران برای تامین نفت به ایالات متحده روی آورده‌اند.

او گفت یکی از دلایلی که قیمت نفت به ۳۰۰ یا ۳۵۰ دلار در هر بشکه نرسیده، افزایش عرضه و روی آوردن خریداران به منابع جایگزین است. او افزود قیمت نفت اکنون حدود ۸۳ تا ۸۵ دلار است و پس از پایان شرایط کنونی، بسیار پایین‌تر خواهد آمد.

رئیس‌جمهوری آمریکا با تاکید بر اینکه این کشور نفت کافی در اختیار دارد، گفت: «مردم دارند جایگزین‌هایی پیدا می‌کنند. یکی از این جایگزین‌ها تگزاس است. یکی دیگر آلاسکا و دیگری لوئیزیانا است. آن‌ها برای تهیه نفت به ایالات متحده می‌آیند.»
