Amir Raeisian, the lawyer of Hossein Shanbehzadeh, has reported the issuance of a preliminary ruling against his client in a new case.
According to this ruling, Shanbehzadeh has been sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the charge of "spreading falsehoods with the intent to disturb public opinion."
Raeisian wrote on his account on the social media platform X that this case is related to a message Shanbehzadeh sent from prison on the occasion of his birthday to his friends. He criticized the ruling, stating: "Just imagine a prisoner being sentenced to imprisonment based on 'the manner of dissemination in hostile media on social networks.'"

امیر رئیسیان، وکیل حسین شنبهزاده، از صدور حکم بدوی موکلش در پروندهای جدید خبر داده است.
بر اساس این حکم، شنبهزاده به اتهام «نشر اکاذیب به قصد تشویش اذهان عمومی» به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.
رئیسیان در حساب کاربری خود در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نوشته است که این پرونده مربوط به پیامی است که شنبهزاده از زندان و به مناسبت روز تولدش برای دوستانش فرستاده بود.
