The price of the US dollar in the free market of Iran surpassed 200,000 tomans on Sunday, September 1, setting a new record; simultaneously, the British pound exceeded 272,000 tomans, and the euro approached the range of 234,000 tomans.
The price of the Imam coin also exceeded 218 million tomans.
This surge in prices has occurred amid a continued decline in the value of the rial and simultaneous intensification of political and economic pressures on the Islamic Republic.

بهای دلار آمریکا در بازار آزاد ایران روز یکشنبه اول شهریور از مرز ۲۰۰ هزار تومان عبور کرد و رکورد تازهای به جا گذاشت؛
همزمان پوند بریتانیا از ۲۷۲ هزار تومان گذشت و یورو نیز به محدوده ۲۳۴ هزار تومان نزدیک شد.
قیمت سکه امامی نیز از ۲۱۸ میلیون تومان فراتر رفت.
این جهش قیمتها در ادامه روند کاهش ارزش ریال و همزمان با تشدید فشارهای سیاسی و اقتصادی بر جمهوری اسلامی رخ داده است.
