The UK Maritime Trade Operations Center has received a report of an incident occurring 9 nautical miles northeast of "Ash Shishah" in Oman.
The captain of an oil tanker reported that the vessel was struck by an unknown projectile, causing damage to the engine room and rendering the vessel inoperable.
It has been reported that the crew is safe. At the time of the report, the environmental impacts of the incident are not yet clear.

مرکز عملیات تجارت دریایی بریتانیا گزارشی از وقوع یک حادثه در ۹ مایل دریایی شمالشرق «اش شیشه» (Ash Shishah) در عمان دریافت کرده است.
ناخدای یک نفتکش گزارش داده که شناور با یک پرتابه ناشناس مورد اصابت قرار گرفته که باعث آسیب به موتورخانه و از کار افتادن شناور شده است.
گزارش شده که خدمه در سلامت هستند. در زمان دریافت گزارش، تأثیرات زیستمحیطی حادثه مشخص نیست.
