Ali Pishavarzadeh, one of the detainees from the protests in December 2024 in Rasht, has been sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court of this city.
The Committee for the Follow-up of Detainees' Status reported that the second branch of the Revolutionary Court in Rasht, presided over by Judge Mohammad-Ali Darvishgatar, issued this ruling in the preliminary stage. Pishavarzadeh was arrested during the protests on January 8 and 9 and is currently being held in Lakan Prison in Rasht.

علی پیشهورزاده، از بازداشتشدگان اعتراضات دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در رشت، از سوی دادگاه انقلاب این شهر به اعدام محکوم شده است.
کمیته پیگیری وضعیت بازداشتشدگان خبر داد که شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب رشت به ریاست قاضی محمدعلی درویشگفتار این حکم را در مرحله بدوی صادر کرده است. پیشهورزاده در جریان اعتراضات روزهای ۱۸ و ۱۹ دیماه بازداشت شد و اکنون در زندان لاکان رشت نگهداری میشود.
