Netanyahu: A Diplomatic Agreement Cannot Be Reached with the "Savages" Ruling Iran

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, on Tuesday evening, September 3, expressed skepticism about the possibility of the U.S. reaching a diplomatic agreement with the Islamic Republic. He stated that Israel fundamentally does not oppose a "good agreement," but has serious doubts about the feasibility of such an agreement with the rulers in Tehran.

During a speech, referring to a conversation with Donald Trump, he said: "I told him one option, of course, is reaching an agreement; a good agreement. We do not oppose that." He then added in a sharp tone: "But I doubt that it is possible to reach an agreement with that group, with those savages. I tell you: an agreement cannot be reached."

نتانیاهو: با «وحشی‌های» حاکم بر ایران نمی‌توان به توافق دیپلماتیک رسید

بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست‌وزیر اسرائیل شامگاه سه‌شنبه سوم شهریورماه درباره احتمال دستیابی آمریکا به توافق دیپلماتیک با جمهوری اسلامی گفت اسرائیل در اصل مخالفتی با یک «توافق خوب» ندارد، اما نسبت به امکان رسیدن به چنین توافقی با حاکمان تهران تردید جدی دارد.

نتانیاهو در جریان یک سخنرانی با اشاره به گفتگو با دونالد ترامپ گفت: «به او گفتم یک گزینه، البته، رسیدن به یک توافق است؛ یک توافق خوب. ما مخالفتی با آن نداریم.» او سپس با لحنی تند افزود: «اما تردید دارم بتوان با آن گروه، با آن وحشی‌ها، به توافق رسید. به شما می‌گویم: نمی‌توان به توافق رسید.»
