The news agency Hrana has reported that Hossein Nazari, a 25-year-old citizen and one of the detainees from the protests in December 2024, has been sentenced to death by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Mashhad.

According to this report, the judicial system of the Islamic Republic has tried Mr. Nazari on charges such as "communication with hostile governments and groups" and "gathering and colluding to commit a crime against national security," with his death sentence issued in July of this year.

Nazari, born in 2001, was arrested by security forces during the December protests and was transferred to Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad after going through interrogation and judicial processes. He is still being held in this prison.

خبرگزاری هرانا گزارش داده است که حسین نظری، شهروند ۲۵ ساله و از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به اعدام محکوم شده است.

بر پایه این گزارش، دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی آقای نظری را با اتهام‌هایی همچون «ارتباط با دول و گروه‌های متخاصم» و «اجتماع و تبانی برای ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت کشور» محاکمه و حکم اعدام او در تیرماه سال جاری صادر شده است.

نظری، متولد ۱۳۸۰، در جریان اعتراضات دی‌ماه توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و قضایی به زندان وکیل‌آباد مشهد منتقل شد. او همچنان در این زندان نگهداری می‌شود.
