Mohsen Khamenei called the expression of weaknesses by government officials a "great help to the enemy"

On Friday, the office of Mohsen Khamenei released a statement attributed to him, in which the leader of the Islamic Republic implicitly criticized the "honest expression of weaknesses" by senior government officials, stating that this act constitutes a "great help" to the "enemy."

Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, and Abdolnaser Hemmati, the Governor of the Central Bank, recently acknowledged the impact of the U.S. maritime blockade, reporting on the halt of oil sales and the inability to import gasoline.

In the statement by Mohsen Khamenei, published on the occasion of "Government Week," it is mentioned that expressing weaknesses also creates "concern" in the "hearts of friends and allies," leaving them "confused and bewildered."

The leader of the Islamic Republic, who has not made any public appearances since his election during the 40-day war and has not had any audio or video released, also called for the "narration and highlighting" of what he termed the "strength and power and positive points" of the Islamic Republic.

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, stated in an interview on August 25 that he believes Mohsen Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is severely injured but "alive."

The statement attributed to the leader of the Islamic Republic refers to the current problems in the country, such as inflation and unemployment, describing them as "dark spots" on the "page of the country's economy," which he claims must be "gradually reduced until they are completely erased."

Mohsen Khamenei acknowledged that U.S. actions "during and after the war" are not "ineffective" in the current situation and subsequently called for "management" of this situation.

دفتر مجتبی خامنه‌ای روز جمعه بیانیه‌ای منسوب به او را منتشر کرد که در آن رهبر جمهوری اسلامی با انتقاد تلویحی از «بیان صادقانه ضعف‌ها» توسط مقام‌های ارشد دولت، گفته است این کار «کمک بزرگی» به «دشمن» به شمار می‌رود.

مسعود پزشکیان، رئیس‌جمهور ایران، و عبدالناصر همتی، رئیس‌کل بانک مرکزی، اخیرا با اذعان به تأثیر محاصره دریایی آمریکا، از توقف فروش نفت و ناتوانی در واردات بنزین خبر داده بودند.

در بیانیه مجتبی حامنه‌ای که به مناسبت «هفته دولت» منتشر شده، آمده است که بیان نقاط ضعف همچنین باعث ایجاد «نگرانی» در «دل‌های دوستان و همراهان» می‌شود و آنها «سرگردان و متحیر» می‌کند.

رهبر جمهوری اسلامی که از زمان انتخاب به این سمت در جریان جنگ ۴۰ روزه هیچ حضور عمومی نداشته و صوت یا تصویری از او منتشر نشده است، همچنین خواستار «روایت و برجسته‌سازی» آنچه «قوت و قدرت و نقاط مثبت» جمهوری اسلامی شد.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا، روز چهارم شهریور در یک مصاحبه گفت که معتقد است مجتبی خامنه‌ای، رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ایران به‌شدت مجروح شده اما «زنده است».

در بیانیه منسوب به رهبر جمهوری اسلامی به مشکلات جاری کشور مانند تورم و بیکاری اشاره شده و آنها «لکه‌های تیره» در «صفحه اقتصاد کشور» توصیف شده‌اند که به گفته او باید «به‌تدریج کوچک و کوچک‌تر شود تا آنگاه که به‌کلّی محو گردد».

مجتبی خامنه‌ای اذعان کرده که اقدامات آمریکا «در جنگ و پس از آن» در وضعیت فعلی «بی‌تاثیر» نیست و در ادامه خواستار «مدیریت» این وضعیت شده است.
