Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced on Truth Social that the U.S. has reached an agreement with Venezuela, which he called "the largest oil deal in world history."

Trump stated that under this agreement, with the participation of the private sector, the U.S. will gain control over the majority of more than 65 billion barrels of Venezuela's proven oil reserves without imposing costs on American taxpayers.

He added that Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, and Pete Hegseth, the U.S. Secretary of War, along with Delcy Rodríguez, the interim President of Venezuela, played a role in achieving this agreement. Trump said this deal will more than double U.S. oil reserves, significantly increase oil supply, and help reduce gasoline prices for Americans in the long term.

Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, announced on Friday regarding the new oil agreement between Washington and Caracas that this deal will not only ensure sustainable reserves and reduce gasoline prices in the U.S. but will also bring nearly $100 billion in private sector investment to Venezuela.
Rubio wrote on X: "For the people of Venezuela, this agreement will bring nearly $100 billion in private sector investment, support thousands of high-paying jobs, and be a driver for the reconstruction of Venezuela's economy."

دونالد ترامپ، رییس‌جمهوری آمریکا، در تروت سوشال اعلام کرد آمریکا با ونزوئلا به توافقی دست یافته که آن را «بزرگ‌ترین توافق نفتی در تاریخ جهان» خواند.

ترامپ گفت بر اساس این توافق و با مشارکت بخش خصوصی، آمریکا کنترل اکثریت بیش از ۶۵ میلیارد بشکه از ذخایر اثبات‌شده نفت ونزوئلا را بدون تحمیل هزینه به مالیات‌دهندگان آمریکایی در اختیار خواهد گرفت.

او افزود مارکو روبیو، وزیر خارجه آمریکا، و پیت هگست، وزیر جنگ آمریکا، با همکاری دلسی رودریگز، رییس‌جمهوری موقت ونزوئلا، در دستیابی به این توافق نقش داشته‌اند.
ترامپ گفت این توافق ذخایر نفت آمریکا را بیش از دو برابر می‌کند، عرضه نفت را به میزان قابل‌توجهی افزایش می‌دهد و در بلندمدت به کاهش قیمت بنزین برای آمریکایی‌ها کمک خواهد کرد.
