🔴Since the beginning of 2026, the Abdolrahman Boroumand Foundation has documented 950 executions in Iran. Among the executed, at least 20 women and 30 protesters are included, and so far, 45 executions have been recorded in August.

🔸In the judicial system of the Islamic Republic, which is based on unfair processes, lack of transparency, and the influence of political motivations, where the principles of fair trial are systematically violated, the use of the death penalty, according to international law, constitutes arbitrary deprivation of life.

🔴از ابتدای سال ۲۰۲۶ تاکنون، بنیاد عبدالرحمن برومند ۹۵۰ مورد اعدام را در ایران مستند کرده است. دست‌کم ۲۰ زن و ۳۰ معترض در میان اعدام‌شدگان قرار دارند و تا این لحظه، ۴۵ مورد اعدام در ماه اوت به ثبت رسیده است.

🔸در نظام قضایی جمهوری اسلامی که بر پایه روندهای ناعادلانه، عدم شفافیت و نفوذ انگیزه‌های سیاسی بنا شده و در آن اصول دادرسی عادلانه به‌طور سیستماتیک نقض می‌شود، استفاده از مجازات اعدام، بر اساس حقوق بین‌الملل، مصداق سلب خودسرانه حیات است.
